# Privacy Policy

TendingWell Partners ("we," "us") helps small and mid-sized seller/servicers adopt AI with governance built in. This policy explains what information we collect through tendingwellpartners.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

## Information we collect

- **What you send us.** When you take the free self-check, we collect your name, email, company name, company type, your answers, the AI tools you list, and whether you want the newsletter.
- **When you book a call.** Scheduling runs through Calendly, which collects your name, email, the time you choose and any answers you give on the booking form.
- **When you email us.** We keep your message and contact details so we can reply.
- **How you use the site.** Our website platform, HubSpot, uses cookies and similar technology to record basic visit information, such as the pages you view, your browser and device type, and how you arrived at the site.

## How we use it

- To review your self-check and send you your results.
- To schedule and prepare for calls you book, and to follow up afterward.
- To send our newsletter, only if you ask for it. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.
- To answer your questions and keep a record of our conversations.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.

## AI and your information

We practice what we recommend. We don't use the information you send us to train AI models, and we've turned off our website platform's option to use account data for AI model training. We don't record calls without asking you first.

## Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers that run our business, and only so they can provide their service to us:

- **HubSpot** hosts this website and stores form submissions and contact records.
- **Calendly** handles scheduling.
- **Google** provides video meetings and email.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

## How long we keep it

We keep your information while we're in touch with you and for as long as we need it for the purposes above or to meet legal and record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

## Your choices

- **Newsletter.** Unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter, or email us.
- **Access, correction and deletion.** Email us to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
- **Cookies.** You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.

## Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including reputable service providers and access controls, to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure.

## Children

This site is for businesses and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

## Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
